Need some help getting a conference/retreat launched? Or a speaker for your event?
I realize there are many opportunities to attend large gatherings for women featuring well-known female preachers or speakers. Technology has made it possible to simulcast events like these or watch whenever convenient. I appreciate and learn from them as well. I believe there is a need for something else. A smaller setting with the freedom to slow down, listen, and learn from each other. A while back, I discovered my passion is the unique setting of retreats and smaller conferences. I love the intimacy and ability to have a life-changing impact in a few days (sometimes hours) beyond just getting up and giving a sermon or message. I cherish the moments of sitting in the hurt with people, looking into faces, and reminding people what God thinks of them. I want to use my story of struggle and heartbreak to open the door for conversation and create a space for people to dig deeper, ask questions or simply absorb and learn from what others have to say. In this new season of my life
